Payment method and timing

Product delivery time
After payment is complete, we will ship your order within 7 business days of receiving your delivery request. Please refer to our shipping policy . We will contact you if it will take longer than 7 days. (Unless you have a preferred delivery date and time.)

If the delivery date is delayed, we will contact you. If you wish to cancel in this case, we will process a refund. We cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience.

Delivery method of the product
Delivery will be via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport. For delivery time specifications, please refer to the delivery policy .
Shipping
If the total amount of a single order is 25,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free. If the total amount is 24,999 yen (tax included) or less, the shipping fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide. Please see the shipping policy for details.
Returns, defective products, and cancellations

Returns are not accepted unless the product is different from what was ordered or is defective.
We inspect all items before shipping, but if there is a discrepancy with your order or a defect in the product, please contact us at info@l-une.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will inform you of the return method. We will cover the return shipping costs. If the product is in stock, we will process an exchange upon request.
Returns will not be accepted after the 8th day. If there is no stock available for exchange, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
